As a proven industry provider for market research, On-Line Communications, Inc. adheres to the standards and ethics as set forth by the Market Research Association (MRA ) American Marketing Association (AMA), and the Council for Marketing and Opinion Research (CMOR). To accomplish this, we have adopted policies and procedures that fully protect consumer privacy.

Our Promise To Our Panel Members
On-Line Communications, Inc., through the website On-LinePanels.com will provide a place for consumers to voice their opinions on a wide range of research topics. In return for trusting us with your personal information, we promise to keep that information secure and safe from theft and misuse. Our studies will be reported in aggregate only and personal data will never be disclosed without prior consent of the panel member. Individual information will only be used for market research, and we will not SPAM or solicit without specific opt-in consent from our panel members.

Panel members have the right to update, correct, or delete any data they provide and may choose to end their membership or participation at any time. If a panel member chooses to end their membership with On-LinePanels.com, we guarantee that they will no longer receive further communications.

All studies are voluntary and panel members have the right to choose which surveys they will complete. We guarantee that all incentives, gratuities, or honorariums paid for by our clients will be donated to the charity identified by each panel member.

If panel members elect to be identified on an individual basis for donations made in their name, we will only provide designated charities with a reference number and a first and last name. In order to protect the privacy of our panel members and avoid unwanted direct solicitation from charities, no other contact information will be released. If at any time a charity wishes to send receipts or letters of appreciation for donations, all correspondence will be forwarded to the panel member by On-LinePanels.com.

Visitors to our websites are provided email forms to contact us regarding questions, comments, and job opportunities. Our responses to inquiries may be sent via email, regular mail or other method.

From time to time, we will provide reports, news briefs, and other updated information regarding charitable donations, so that panel members can see the positive effect of their participation. All such information can be found in the News section of our website.

We are dedicated to offering a safe, secure, and trustworthy environment, where consumers can share their voice and their opinions, while providing much needed donations to various charities.
