What We Gather
On-Line Communications, Inc., through PartnersInGIVING.com obtains personal information during the registration process that helps to identify the types of studies most in line with the persons buying habits or the product usage of a panel member. In order to become a panel member, we need to gather general consumer information as well as specific personal information. For instance; if we are looking to conduct a survey among a group of smokers, we would only choose those persons who indicated in their registration that they use such products. We ask for contact information (e.g., name and email address) and demographic information (e.g., gender, birth date, household income, and city, state, and zip or country code).

This information can also be used to identify individuals for special incentives for charitable contributions. In order to allow members to update, change, or delete their information at any time, we also ask that a password be established.

Other demographic information we gather such as family status, lifestyles, hobbies and product usage, allows us to provide surveys that correspond with the interests of our panel members. This data is reported only in aggregate results to our clientele. For instance; the total number of people in a particular income group or the total number of people at a particular educational level.

On-Line Communications, Inc., through our website PartnersInGIVING.com, offers our members an unusual incentive in the form of financial contributions to various charities that they choose in return for their study participation. The selection of charities available for member designation is solely provided by and at the discretion of On-Line Communications, Inc. and its website PartnersInGIVING.com.

On-Line Communications does not in any way endorse or sponsor the listed charities. The organizations listed are well known charitable organizations that we believe use monies donated to them in an appropriate manner for the causes they represent. We have attempted to give our Panel members a mix of reputable organizations that they can choose from that currently cover children, animals, environment, minorities, minority education, aids in Africa and diabetes. Other causes could be added as the popularity of this panel grows.

Visitors to our websites are provided email forms to contact us regarding questions, comments, and job opportunities. Our responses to inquiries may be sent via email, regular mail or other method.
